This was a job where we demolished a rear garage and lean-to, to make way for a new rear extension. An access was created via an external staircase to two newly converted studios at first floor level, and an attractive roof terrace was laid for the new tenants to enjoy outside space.

The space between the lower shop and the upper accommodation was thoroughly soundproofed to provide comfort to residential and commercial occupants. The ground floor premises underwent re-modelling and refurbishment to create a large shop area that has been left clean and tidy and ready for fitting out for the new occupier.
