A pair of semi-detached houses with old porches requiring demolition, and new construction of smart pitched-roof porches, incorporating cloakrooms.

The work was carried out from foundations to finishing touches, including the installation of cloakroom sanitary ware and tiling internally, and new pathways and decoration to the exterior.
